Lovely! A classic vintage southern belle dress in a blue, same style as our Pale Turquoise Blue and Barbie Pink. There are off the shoulder puff sleeves, a sweet heart neckline, and many ruffles. Rental price includes a full hoop. Measurements on smallest end are bust 34", below bustline 30", waist 24", length from top of shoulder to bottom edge 57". With the corset back opening, the dress is adustable 4-5" bigger.
